Kindly, I am informing you that the frame and the wood panel arrived in perfect condition. I am glad about it, and it is perfect for my artwork. Thank you very much for the frame protection (clear coating) and thanks for the accessories to have different depth options as well.

I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
