I just want to say this was the first time I've ordered a custom canvas and I was a little nervous about it. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from you again. It just arrived in the mail faster than I expected and in perfect condition. Everything from ordering to receiving went perfectly smoothly and the finished product looks amazing. This is a gift for my in-laws. This is the view from their windows of their home in which they are going to be selling in the spring to move from Victoria to the Okanagan. This keepsake will always warm their hearts when they look at it.

I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
